These prescriptions aren\u2019t just one\u2011time sales; they create ongoing customer relationships. Every refill brings shoppers back into stores or onto platforms, often leading them to buy other items. As one healthcare consultant put it, retailers see GLP\u20111 programs as \u201cthe front door to obesity care,\u201d opening the door to long\u2011term loyalty.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pricing strategies reinforce this. Walmart, Costco, and Amazon are offering monthly programs starting as low as $25, while others use tiered discounts tied to refill schedules or memberships.<\/span><\/p>\n
